The Mailbag is a special item that is found in Paper Mario.

}}
The Mailbag (alternatively known as the Mail Bag) is a key item in Paper Mario. It is used in the Toad Town Post Office to store letters delivered to Mario's partners. After Mario rescues Skolar, Shy Guys steal the mailbag from the Toad Town Post Office. Since it was stolen, the postmaster cannot give mail to anyone who receives it.

The Mailbag is located to the east of the Pink Station in Shy Guy's Toy Box in a treasure chest.
After Mario gets the third Star Spirit, Skolar; Mario and his partners go back to Toad Town, as usual. He is surprised that the Shy Guys started appearing from Shy Guy's Toy Box and attempting to do stealing and pranks all over Toad Town. When Mario goes near to the Post Office in the town, one of the Shy Guys stole the Mailbag and hid it in Shy Guy's Toy Box. Since it was stolen, the Koopa Troopa at the counter can't give mail to anyone who sends it.

Returning the Mailbag to the postmaster at the counter of the Post Office rewards Mario a Star Piece and enables the player to read the once-stolen letters again.
The Mailbag is located at the Pink Station of the place, Shy Guy's Toy Box. Mario needs to access to that area by getting the Storeroom Key in the Blue Station and return it to Harry T. so he can let Mario access to his storeroom in his Shop. Inside the storeroom, it contains the special he needed to access to the Pink Station; the Toy Train. When Mario goes near to the Toy Box that leads to Shy Guy's Toy Box, he puts the Toy Train in the box as he has access to the Pink Station in the place. When Mario goes to the Pink Station in the area, go right after getting out from the Toy Train and he will see a Treasure Chest that contains the Mailbag.
