This attack is similar to [[Blazer]], as both can [[instant death|instantly defeat]] a single party member. When using this attack, Smithy will shoot a single golden [[Bullet Bill]] (similar to a [[Bombshell Bill]]) at [[Mario]] or one of his allies.  The bullet explodes on impact, instantly defeating the party member if he or she does not defend against the attack (Unless the player has a instant death prevention item equipped, like Jinx Belt).  If the party member does successfully defend against the Magnum attack, he or she will either take no damage or be left with only one [[Hit Point]].
