[[Pops]] is the mayor, and [[Lulu]] declares herself its hero. In the prologue, [[Wario]] sneaks into a hut during the night. Inside, the Pot of Luxeville is being left to dry. Wario steals the pot and drives back to his [[Wario's House|his house]] on [[Wario Bike|his bike]]. This act prompts Lulu to pursue Wario in order to reclaim the pot, motivated because she believes the people of Luxville are unable to go to the bathroom without it. Lulu explains this to Wario at the end of the game, including a flashback to the pot being washed, so he lets her take it back. In the epilogue, Lulu uses a balloon to float back to Luxeville in the day, bringing [[Ruffington]] and the Pot of Luxville. Pops tells her that Luxville recently obtained a more modern toilet and he assumed she snuck away to use it. This revelation causes Lulu and Ruffington to pass out.
