They function similarly to [[Blue Spring]]s in ''[[Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!]]''. If a [[Mini]] approaches a Long Spring, it automatically jumps on it and bounces in a forward arc, allowing it to reach ledges above and in front of it. However, unlike Blue Springs, Long Springs are resource objects that can be picked up and placed in other locations, and they always remain in place until picked up.
