The object of the microgame is to get the Wario Express moving by moving the arms in a jogging motion, then stopping once the train is fully at the train station, further indicated with a red track. If the Wario Express stops partially on the red track, an indicator will appear telling the player to keep moving. If the Wario Express does not stop fast enough, it will collide with a buffer stop at the end of the station, causing it to derail and failing the microgame.

In a megagame version of this microgame in [[Megagame Muscles]], there is no train station, and the entire microgame takes place in a pink flower area. Thus, the command is changed to "Keep going!" and muscle is gained for continually moving.
