| The '''Limbo Bro''' is an enemy in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga]]'', and is a derived species of a [[Hammer Bro]]. They can be found in [[Guffawha Ruins]], where only [[Luigi]] can battle them. These enemies have a similar appearance to a [[Sledge Bro]], but wield a torch. They wear an indigo helmet, amulets and earpieces resembling bean sprouts, grass skirts, and war paint. Limbo Bros will attack by doing the limbo under their torch and then quickly flying into Luigi, or striking fire. The former can be countered with Luigi's hammer, whereas the latter can be dodged by jumping.

Their hip movements in their idle animation is now greatly exaggerated. Limbo Bros. also appear as enemies in ''Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser'', along with Elite Limbo Bros. They are melee troopers, and attack by charging into the minions. Their special skill is Smack Back Attack, which allows them to charge into a minion, knocking them back and causing them to hit and damage another minion.
