In [[Challenge Mode (New Super Mario Bros. U)|Challenge Mode]], this course is used for the [[Don't. Touch. Anything.]] challenge.

The level begins near a [[? Block]] on a circular track, along with a [[Koopa Troopa]]. A row of green [[Slide Lift]]s follows. Some sections of the ground follow, and [[Lakitu]]s begin to appear when blue Slide Lifts are reached. More blocks on tracks are found, as well as some orange Slide Lifts. [[Coin]]s that can be reached using [[Lakitu's Cloud]] are found above the area. Some more sections of the ground are found leading up to some pink Slide Lifts and another ? Block on a track. This is followed by a [[Hidden Block]] with a [[Super Star]]. A section of fast-moving Slide Lifts is found, and multiple Lakitus can appear on screen at the same time. A [[P Switch]] is located above the third Star Coin which causes [[Blue Coin]]s to appear, leading to three [[Brick Block]]s containing [[1-Up Mushroom]]s located in a section of the ground. Another green Slide Lift is found, along with the [[Goal Pole]].
