Lab Brats is a Rare minigame found in Mario Party 6. Its name is a pun on "lab rats," which are rats used for scientific research.
Lab Fats is a rare minigame found in Mario Party 6. Its name is a pun on "lab craps", which are dumb animals used for "scientific" researches of fatness.

Introduction
Intro-fat-ion
In the minigame's introduction, Professor E. Gadd states that he invented a maze-making machine called the Maze Manufactory. He taunts the player, saying that they cannot solve the mazes before time is up, then he wishes the player good luck in solving them.
In the minigame's introduction, Professor Elvin Fatt states that he invented a maze-making machine, called the Burger Manufactory. He taunts the player, saying that they can't eat all the burgers before time is up, then he wishes the player good luck in eating them, before cursing them with a scientific craving for fast food. Then the fatness occurs.

Gameplay (Eating)
The aim of the minigame is to reach the end of five mazes in five minutes. It is one of the three one-player minigames available in Mario Party 6. On every level, the player can also find another character wandering around: The characters include a penguin, a Ukiki, a Koopa, a Goomba, and a Shy Guy. Only one appears on each floor, and they appear in a random order. Though they do not help the player directly, finding them contributes to the player's rank. A trampoline propels the player to the next maze. At the end, E. Gadd gives the player a rank, as high as 16 and as low as 1.
The aim of the game is to reach the end of five thousand calories in five minutes. It is one of the only three 1-player minigames available in Mario Party 6. On every level, the player receives a helpful cheeseburger that cannot go to the next level, so you must eat it then; these include Tuxie, Ukikis, Koopas, Goombas and Shy Guys. A trampoline propels the player to the next maze. At the end, E. Gadd gives the player a rank, on a scale from 1-16 of how fat you are (From lowest to highest: Super Skinny, Skinny, Underweight, Thin, Slim, Moderately Slim, Thin-ish, Average, Thick, Chubby, Overweight, Fat, Hunky, Super Fat, Obese, Bowser in that one level of Bowser's Inside Story) if you achieve level 16, the game actually turns into Bowser's inside story for that one level, cause you got so fat that even the Mario Party universe didn't make sense, so it freaked out and jumps back into canon Mario.
