It is located on the same landmass as [[Lake Orangatanga]] and is just a short distance north of it. Kremwood Forest is a large, dark and slightly spooky area filled with gigantic trees (some of which [[Dixie Kong]] and [[Kiddy Kong]] must climb). The forest also has a river running through it and a mill nearby said river. This mill, which is infested by [[Sneek]]s, looms over [[Swanky Kong]]'s tent. Its name is a portmanteau of "[[Kremling]]" and "{{wp|Sherwood Forest}}." [[Brash|Brash Bear]] appears in his own place the western portion of Kremwood Forest, where the area's [[secret cave]], Arich's Hoard, is also located. If the Kongs beat Brash's best time in Riverside Race, he throws a tantrum, causing a log to fall in the river and granting access into the cave.
