It could be prepared by taking a [[Turtley Leaf|Koopa Leaf]] to [[Tayce T.]] When used it will restore seven [[Flower Point|FP]] to [[Mario]]. This item can be sold for 3 [[coin]]s. It is mentioned in [[List of letters in Paper Mario#Kolorado's wife|a letter]] from [[Kolorado's wife]] to [[Kooper]], which says she and Kooper's mother had a talk "over some Koopa Tea". It is also required as part of one of [[Koopa Koot]]'s favors.

It appears again in ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]''. It has the same effect as in ''Paper Mario''. However, it is instead prepared with a [[Turtley Leaf]], and it is prepared by [[Zess T.]]
