'''Kong Fu''' is a [[Kong]] from the [[Donkey Kong Country (television series)|''Donkey Kong Country'' television series]] episode "[[Kong Fu (episode)|Kong Fu]]". He was voiced by [[Richard Newman]]. His name is a portmanteau of "Kong" and "kung fu".

In the episode, he was hired by [[King K. Rool]] and the [[Kremling Krew|lizards]] to beat [[Donkey Kong]] in the [[Annual Donkey Kong Challenge]] &ndash; a contest to see if anyone could defeat Donkey Kong in three challenges and become the new ruler of [[Donkey Kong Island|Kongo Bongo Island]].

Though Kong Fu managed to beat Donkey Kong in the Mind challenge and was dominating him in the Body challenge, Kong Fu lost the Heart challenge to Donkey Kong; it seems Kong Fu was afraid of the dark and while Kong Fu was panicking during a solar eclipse Donkey Kong refused to hit him, showing true virtue.

As the Body challenge was to continue, Kong Fu forfeited the contest to Donkey Kong after he hearing K. Rool, [[General Klump]] and [[Krusha]] mocking his fear of the dark and calling him a wuss, much to the king's ire and the Kongs' rejoice.

*Kong Fu shares his name with the French name of [[Karate Kong]] and the Italian name of [[Ninja Kong]] from ''[[Donkey Kong Jungle Beat]]'' and the Spanish name of the [[Kong POW]] technique from ''[[Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze]]''.
*Kong Fu is the only character that appeared exclusively in one episode (not counting the flashbacks in "[[Message in a Bottle Show]]").
