Koindozers' name is a portmanteau of "Koin," which is a related enemy, and "{{wp|bulldozer}}," a vehicle commonly used at construction sites. Unlike Koins, Koindozers try to attack the [[Kong]]s, in addition to blocking their attacks, by chasing them down and trying to knock them into an abyss, or other enemies, using their lids. Like Koins, Koindozers can be used as platforms by the Kongs. Koindozers cannot be defeated, not even by [[Iron Barrel|Steel Barrel]]s. Koindozers are one of the only enemies not to appear in [[Dixie Kong's Photo Album]] at the end.
