Kiss Thief is one of Ms. Mowz's moves in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. At the cost of 2 FP, Ms. Mowz will dash at the frontmost enemy and attempt to steal something from it. If the enemy holds an item or badge, it will be guaranteed to be stolen. Otherwise, Ms. Mowz will draw from the enemy's held item pool, generally resulting in a roughly 2% chance of getting a badge, 16% chance of getting an item, or 82% of getting a coin. However, to successfully perform the move, the player needs to press gcn when the on-screen gauge has filled itself past the "OK" marker but before it becomes full, otherwise nothing will be stolen. Furthermore, the move will also fail if the enemy targeted by Ms. Mowz deals contact damage to her. Ms. Mowz will also fail to steal an item or badge if Mario's corresponding inventory is full.
Kiss Thief is a move that can be learned by Ms. Mowz in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The move allows her to steal any item or badge the enemy is holding. Of note is that when the move is used, members of the audience may still flee even if the Stylish move is performed.

The attack has one Stylish move that is performed by pressing gcn while Ms. Mowz is running toward the enemy. However, as the move is internally classified as an attack, yet cannot deal damage, this move can lead to losing audience members. Furthermore, in the Japanese release of the game, Kiss Thief does not recover any Star Power and has no Stylish move.<ref>Jdaster64. April 20, 2022. Ms. Mowz will run up towards the enemy as a gauge fills up. The player must press the gcn button once it passed the 'OK' marker; if done correctly, she will steal the item from the enemy's grasp. If the player cannot carry anymore items or badges, Ms. Mowz will fail to steal the item/badge regardless of the player's success. If the enemy is not holding an item, then a coin will usually be stolen. However, if an enemy has a chance of holding a badge or item, then Ms. Mowz has a small chance of stealing that badge or item if the enemy is not holding anything. Therefore, it is possible to steal rare badges by simply using Kiss Thief repeatedly.
