The Kero Sewers are an underground waterway in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They share a strong resemblance to the underground levels found in the original Super Mario Bros. with their turquoise color scheme and Brick Blocks. The Kero Sewers are located above the Midas River falls and are guarded by Belome. Moreover, a tunnel in Land's End leads to the Kero Sewers, which Mario and his party enter to find—among other things—Cricket Jam, a star, and many monsters on the way. If Mario enters the path to Land's End before using it to revisit the Kero Sewers, a Beezo will warn him that the area is a dead end.

The Kero Sewers also appear in Mario and the Incredible Rescue. Mario, Luigi, and Toad use this shortcut to get to Bowser's Keep faster. However, they end up in Cybele's forest and end up meeting her, who tells them to collect six Mushrooms. The first black Mushroom is in the Kero Sewers, which the gang then returns to. Piranha Plants roam the Kero Sewers here, although Piranha Plants did not appear here in the actual game.
Kero Sewers is located above Midas Falls and is guarded by the dreaded dog monster Belome. Also for unknown reasons Kero Sewers is haunted by a variety of specters such as Boos, it also has a rat problem. Moreover, a tunnel in Land's End leads to the Kero Sewers, which Mario and his party enter to find -- among other things -- a jar of Cricket Jam, a Star, and many strange monsters on the way.

The lower one can be obtained normally, but the upper one has two methods of being accessed, each with its own reward (rewards are not mutually exclusive so both can be obtained without problem):<nowiki/>
*If the Boo trick is used (go into the corner between the arch and the wall and let Mario be attacked by a Boo. Then run from the battle and use the blinking Boo as a platform to reach the top.), then Flower is rewarded.
*If the proper method is used (accessing Kero Sewers from Land's End via pipe), the Cricket Jam is rewarded.
