(PC)|Mario is Missing!]]'' [[Luigi]] has to visit in order to defeat [[Wendy|Wendy O. Koopa]]. Just like all the other cities in ''Mario is Missing!'', Kathmandu was invaded by [[Koopa Troopa]]s. The enemies steal artifacts from various local landmarks: a [[Toothache Tree Nail|Nail]] from the [[Toothache Tree]], a [[Rickshaw]] from [[Asan Tole|Asan Tol]], and the [[Reclining Vishnu|statue of Mahavishnu]] from the [[Balaju tank|pool of water at Budhanilkantha Temple]]. Luigi is tasked by [[Mayor Grenewetzki]] to return all the artifacts.

No, it's a flying turtle trying to escape by balloon!" Asked why his outburst didn't rhyme, the man said he was too stunned to pun.
