The name Kassanova is a pun on "Casanova," a term used to refer to a man that seduces women and has many lovers. Kootie tricks [[Mario]] by having her brother [[Larry|Cheatsy]] change her into a human so she can flirt with him and distract him in order to carry out their plan. After the trick is revealed and the Mario brothers flee, Mario uses a swiped [[Magic Wand|magic wand]] to transform Luigi into Kootie's "dream reptile" as a distraction. The trick works for a while, but after Kassanova Koopa tricks Kootie Pie into releasing the prisoners and Kootie starts kissing him, she accidentally activates her wand. Subsequently, Luigi is reverted into his true state, which makes Kootie Pie scream and chase him with Cheatsy behind her.
