Like other [[Koopa Paratroopa]]s, it is a winged variation of a [[KP Koopa]]. The Tattle Log states that the KP Paratroopa dyed its shell yellow but no similar reference to dying shells is made in the KP Koopa's log. It shares the same stats and abilities as a normal Paratroopa despite being a different color.
