| The level starts in front of a [[? Block]] and a group of [[Bony Beetle]]s underneath [[icicle]]s. A [[lift]] is found after the Bony Beetles, leading to more Bony Beetles and icicles. The player must ride a second lift while avoiding icicles, leading to a platform. The player must ride two more lifts while avoiding more icicles and [[Spike Trap|spike]] floors. A row of icicles is found above the platform at the top of the lift, which can be avoided by going under two [[Brick Block]]s. More rows of icicles must be avoided by going under gaps in between the icicles. [[Dry Bones]] are also encountered. Another lift is found, leading to the boss door and a ? Block. A group of Bony Beetles is found on a platform with [[coin]]s on it. The boss door leads to a battle with [[Boom Boom]], who must be jumped on three times to be defeated.
