An '''Ice Storm''' is an [[Items|item]] found in ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]''. It can be purchased at [[Pungent]]'s Shop and [[Keelhaul Key]] for fifteen coins and [[Northwinds Mart|Fahr Outpost]] for six coins. The item produces a cold storm that attacks all enemies. An Ice Storm deals three damage to all enemies (unless the enemy is ice based), and may possibly [[Frozen|freeze]] them. If used against fire based enemies, it deals an extra damage point and freezes them more likely. If used against ice based enemies, the enemies will gain HP. Ice Storm can also be cooked by mixing a [[Fire Flower]] and a [[Point Swap]].

In ''[[Super Paper Mario]]'', this item does much more damage to enemies depending on how much the bar is filled from shaking the [[Wii Remote]]. It is twice as powerful as a [[Fire Burst]], dealing two damage for every segment filled. It is sometimes dropped by [[Frost Piranha]]s.
