The '''Ice-blue Poltergust''' is a High-End [[kart]] in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. Introduced in the [[Ice Tour]], it is the signature kart of [[Penguin Luigi]]. The kart is a variant of the [[Poltergust 4000]] with an icy-blue color scheme, hence the name, with a white seat, steering wheel and hose, and metallic blue exhaust pipes. Unlike the Poltergust 4000, it uses giant versions of the [[Pipe Buggy]]'s tires. Also unlike the Poltergust 4000, this kart increases the duration of [[Dash Panel]] speed boosts and the number of points earned for using Dash Panels.

==Availability==
The Ice-blue Poltergust has only appeared in certain pipes and is currently not in the Daily Selects set. The following table shows the kart's availability by tour.
