A [[Hidden Block]] that also contains a Penguin Suit can be used to reach the pipe. The pipe leads to an underground area with icy rotating platforms, which make the player go faster. [[Buzzy Beetle]]s and some [[icicle]]s are encountered as the player goes down a slope. Two [[Piranha Plant]]s are found in Warp Pipes, followed by a [[Blue Ring]]. More Piranha Plants and icicles are found, along with a ? Block and three Buzzy Beetles. A [[Red Ring]] is found, along with a row of coins. Some groups of [[Brick Block]]s are found, along with a slope. The player must slide across water, where Piranha Plants and floating [[ice platform]]s are found. Two Warp Pipes are found at the end of the area, one of which is blocked by Brick Blocks.
