They appear in the levels [[Here Come the Hoppos]], [[Cosmic Hoppos]], [[Break Time! Pop Up, Hoppo!]], [[Pipe-Rock Plateau Special Bounce, Bounce, Bounce]], and [[The Final Test Wonder Gauntlet]]. The player can stomp on them to make them start rolling and bounce off of them. Hoppos can also roll into and get stuck in gaps. Hoppos are completely harmless to the player, though they can defeat other enemies while rolling. Giant [[Wonder Hoppo]]s also appear during certain [[Wonder Effect]]s.
