==Overview==
===Front side===
All types of [[Shy Guy]]s found in the level wear jester attire. The level begins with a [[Message Block]] in front of a board showing the required number of hoops to jump through to get [[Smiley Flower]]s. After [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]] passes through a gate, the timer starts with 30 seconds, with each [[+ Clock|time booster]] bringing the timer back up to 30 seconds. Several hoops are found throughout the level that Yoshi can jump through for points, with each giving 500 points.

First, a hoop is found in plain sight, that Yoshi can easily jump through. Following is a [[Woozy Guy]] in front of another hoop with [[Coin]]s below it. After is a time booster with a [[Juggling Heyho]] below it, with two large drums with another Juggling Heyho shortly after. Right after that is a rope Yoshi can swing on, with a giant drum after it, with a time booster following that. A rope with a Smiley Flower high above a big drum appears next, with another rope after, having a high hoop in front of it. Next, three trampolines appear, with sideways hoops above the first two, and a time booster above the third. After that is another rope with a hoop ahead of it, leading to a spot with rolled tape that unrolls when Yoshi stands on it. A fourth time booster between two ropes is found next, with a Juggling Heyho below it. After two moving hoops, Yoshi reaches more trampolines leading upward, with sideways hoops along the way. Next is a fifth and final time booster, with three more ropes ahead. After each rope is a set of three hoops Yoshi can jump through. After this, Yoshi reaches the goal.

===Flip side===
The background wall on the flip side is shown to be made of cardboard. The hoops no longer appear. The light-blue [[Poochy Pup]] hangs on to the top of the third rope at the start, and can be reached with Yoshi's tongue. After the first set of [[Item Balloon]]s carrying [[Heart (item)|heart]]s, the black Poochy Pup jumps onto a trapeze-like platform. The pink Poochy Pup runs across the bleachers in the area with the rope near a Fly Guy.

Three more Smiley Flowers are awarded for collecting at least 100 coins in the level, completing the level with 20 hearts, and collecting all 20 Red Coins. In the flip side, three are awarded for bringing all three Poochy Pups to the goal, and one more for doing so within two minutes.
