At the end of a level, if Hoofer touches a pile of [[fruit]], he will perform a gigantic leap which can give Donkey Kong a certain number of beats depending on the distance traveled.

He later appears in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]'' as a collectible sticker.
