There is no way to collect it from the first floor. Instead, the player must hammer the flames in the fireplace on the second floor, allowing them to hop in and drop down to where the High Heel is, allowing him to collect it. Once collected, it remains in Mario's [[Album]] until it is turned into a [[sticker]] at a [[Sling-a-Thing]] station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position.
