The names are still "Hero Sight" and "Steely Stare" for Mario and Luigi, respectively, but Edge's Technique is known as [[Stormblade]], which strikes all enemies around Edge when an enemy moves, even those who do not move. In the [[List of Skill Trees in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope|Skill Trees]], each hero has unique upgrades for their Technique.

For Mario, there are upgrades that increase the damage, reduce the cooldown, add another charge, and an upgrade that allows Mario to gain a bonus charge if an enemy is defeated by the Technique. For Luigi, there are upgrades that increase the damage, reduce the cooldown, add additional charges, and to allow Luigi to shoot through all terrain.
