Hefty Smogrins are large variants of the Smogrin enemy from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They appear to be large purple clouds with red, beady eyes and five sharp teeth.
Kodeka Mokumokumo are large variants of the Smogrin enemy from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They appear to be large purple clouds with red, beady eyes and five sharp fangs.

This enemy is first found in KO Arena Fluff-Puff Kerfuff, where one of them is fought alongside six Smogrins and one Big Smogrin. It functions like a normal Smogrin (floating back and forth in an attempt to hit the player), but two times bigger and does not leave behind a trail of clouds. Despite their size, they only take one stomp just like the base enemy; however, they cannot be defeated with a Bubble Flower. They appear in two more levels, those being The Final Trial: Zip Track Dash and Expert Badge Challenge Spring Feet II.
