Heal Slime, often known as Healer, is a support/guest character in Itadaki Street DS. Players are able to summon it for extra help after they have obtained its card. Heal Slimes are some of the many different Slime species there are in the Dragon Quest series. As their name implies, their purpose is to heal their fellow monster teammates in battle.

Healslime, previously known as Healer, is a support character in Itadaki Street DS and Fortune Street. Players are able to summon it for extra help after they have obtained its card, card #91 in both games. Once summoned, Healslimes give free suits when the player passes by them or if the player lands in the same square that has them. The player gets to choose what suit they want or if the player has all of their suits, he gives them a Suit Yourself card. After a few turns, the Healslime leaves the board. The Healslime in both games is dragonquest from dragonquest who originally assists dragonquest, one of the game's party members. He even mentions Ragnar in one of his quotes once he leaves the board.

In Fortune Street, Heal Slimes give free suits when the player passes by them or if the player lands in the same square that has them. The player gets to choose what suit they want or if the player has all of their suits, he will give them a Suit Yourself card. Heal Slimes appear the same way as in Itadaki Street. The Heal Slime in this game is named Healie, a reference to a character from Dragon Quest IV.
*"Gooee everyone, I'm here! I'm Healie, here to plop off some suits!"

*"Boo goo... I just can't squeeze on to a square with anyone else. Come on, everyone! To me!"
*"Who wants a Healie suit? Plop up your hand and I'll boing your way."

*"Don't wait too long to pay me a visit. Plop over in a slimely fashion!"
*"When it comes to picking up suits, sticky slime gloop is unslurpassed! Goo needs fingers!?"
*"Look, another suit just lying about on the floor! ...Don't bother boinging all the way over here. If I stretch myself, I can get to you."

*"Yay! Thanks for plopping down over here! Want a suit?"

*"Oh, you're all suited up already. Well, Suit Yourself then!"
*"I've got to say goo-bye now... I-I hope I was uoozeful to you?"
*"I'll have to make my excoozes now, but if you find yourself without a suit, you know who to call!"
