'''Head Rattle''' is a [[badge]] in ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]''. It can be found at [[Keelhaul Key]], in a red [[? Block]] to the right of the area with the [[Keelhaul Galleria]], bought from the [[Lovely Howz of Badges]] after Chapter 4 for 100 [[coin]]s, and is rarely dropped after battle by [[Fuzzy|Fuzzies]], [[Ruff Puff]]s, and [[Bob-omb]]s. If [[Mario]] equips this badge, he is able to use a new [[hammer]] ability called Head Rattle, which costs two [[Flower Point|FP]] to use. When activated, it deals the same damage as a regular hammer attack, but if the [[Action Command]] is timed correctly, the move inflicts the targeted enemy with the [[Confused]] status for two turns, which may cause them to attack other enemies or heal Mario and his [[partner]]. If multiple copies of the badge are equipped, enemies that are inflicted stay confused for more turns.
