| When the attack starts, [[Mario]] pulls a [[Yoshi's Egg]] from his pocket and tosses it into the air, after which he and [[Luigi]] back up away from their adversary. The player must press the correct button to have the respective Bro. catch the egg, depending on which side the egg falls on, resulting in the egg getting sent back up after which the opposite Bro. hits the egg back into the air. Afterward, both Bros. must smash the egg into their target. If the Bros. hit the target dead-on, a [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]] will pop out of the egg and attack the targeted foe with a [[Ground Pound]].
