The '''Halloween Tour''' was the third tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on October 23, 2019 and ended on November 5, 2019. Reflecting the Halloween theme, [[DS Luigi's Mansion|Luigi's Mansion]] from ''[[Mario Kart DS]]'' returned, while [[Rosalina]] in a witch outfit and [[King Boo]] in his ''[[Luigi's Mansion 3]]'' appearance appeared as the spotlight characters. The tour also introduced a new bonus challenge, [[Time Trial (Mario Kart Tour)|Time Trial]]. It was the first tour to not introduce a new city course, and thus the first tour to consist purely of [[classic course]]s. The menu's background featured [[Luigi's Mansion (location)|Luigi's Mansion]] as the landmark for this tour. This was the final tour to feature 16 cups.
