The '''Halloween Tour''' was the third tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on October 23, 2019 and ended on November 5, 2019. Reflecting the Halloween theme, [[Luigi's Mansion (DS)|Luigi's Mansion]] from ''[[Mario Kart DS]]'' returned, while [[Rosalina]] in a witch outfit and [[King Boo]] in his ''[[Luigi's Mansion 3]]'' appearance appeared as the spotlight characters. The tour also introduced a new bonus challenge, [[Time Trial (Mario Kart Tour)|Time Trial]]. The menu's background featured [[Luigi's Mansion (place)|Luigi's Mansion]] as the landmark for this tour.
