The '''Halloween Tour''' was the third tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on October 23, 2019 and ended on November 5, 2019. Reflecting the Halloween theme, [[SNES Ghost Valley 1|Ghost Valley 1]] from ''[[Super Mario Kart]]'', and [[DS Luigi's Mansion|Luigi's Mansion]] and [[DS Waluigi Pinball|Waluigi Pinball]] from ''[[Mario Kart DS]]'' were introduced as classic courses, as well as [[Luigi]], [[Baby Luigi]], [[Waluigi]], and [[King Boo]] as new drivers, while [[Rosalina]] in a witch outfit and King Boo in his ''[[Luigi's Mansion 3]]'' appearance appeared as the spotlight characters. The tour also introduced a new bonus challenge, [[Time Trial (Mario Kart Tour)|Time Trial]]. It was the first tour to not introduce a new city course, and thus the first tour to consist purely of [[classic course]]s. This tour's [[Coin Rush (Mario Kart Tour)|Coin Rush]] course was DS Luigi's Mansion. The menu's background featured [[Luigi's Mansion (location)|Luigi's Mansion]] from DS Luigi's Mansion as the landmark for this tour. This was the final tour to feature sixteen cups, since the next tour would feature eighteen. It was also the first tour where the Week 1 Spotlights remained available during Week 2, which was maintained until the [[Battle Tour]] seventy-seven tours later, which removed pipes and restricted spotlights on a per-week basis once more.

This was the final tour to introduce a Normal driver, being [[Baby Luigi]].
