The '''Half-Coins Steal Trap''' is an item in ''[[Super Mario Party Jamboree]]''. It is a circular panel with a [[Coin]] and "1/2" printed on a purple-checkered background. The player can place this item up to two spaces forward or behind their current position. Although it does not have any similarities with any of the [[Hex]]es, it functions similarly to the [[Piranha Plant Orb]] from ''[[Mario Party 5]]'', ''[[Mario Party 6]]'', and ''[[Mario Party 7]]'', in that it steals half of the coins from the player who lands on it. Once it is activated, the item disappears from the board.

[[Bowser Jr.]]'s Jamboree Buddy ability causes him to place a Half-Coins Steal Trap on the player's behalf on the space the player lands on each turn.
