At one point, there is a [[Warp Pipe|pipe]] that leads into an area with [[Yoshi Star]]s, which grant Red Yoshi the ability to run up walls and ceilings; as he makes it past a series of surfaces, he grabs a [[Red Yoshi Star]] that helps him zoom over a lake of [[Poison (obstacle)|poison]], destroying blocks and pipes with [[Piranha Plant]]s on the way. At the end of this segment, there is a pipe that warps him to a [[Checkpoint Ring]] and an [[Egg Block]]. This area contains pipes that emit smokey platforms, as well as more Stilt Guys and Eggo-Dils, followed by the [[Goal Ring]].
