The Goomba Mummy is only seen once chasing [[Mario]], [[Luigi]], [[Toad]], and [[Princess Peach|Princess Toadstool]] through a pyramid in [[Pyramid Land]]. Like its name suggests, it's a mummy [[Goomba]] that is wrapped up in bandages.

After a long period of time without the Goomba Mummy ever being seen again, an enemy called a [[Gritty Goomba]] appeared in the game ''[[Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga]]'', which resembles the Goomba Mummy. However, this could all just be a coincedence.
