A single Gnip appears in the ''[[Super Mario-kun]]'' as Merlee's pet. While Mimi is disguised as a fake Merlee, the Gnip becomes aggressive towards her. Block containing the effects of a [[Pal Pill]] that helps him defeat Mimi.
