'''Glohm Sharpcask''' is the form [[Sharpcask]] takes after he is infused with [[Glohm]] in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Brothership]]''. He serves as one of three optional bosses in the game, the others being [[Glohm Gobblick]] and [[Glohm Pipegunk]]. Glohm Sharpcask can be fought in the [[Color-Full Sea, Great Lighthouse Island]] after defeating Glohm Gobblick, completing the first visit to [[Wayaway Island]], and initiating the side quest by talking to [[Dewey Fightem]] on [[Shipshape Island]]. In this form, Sharpcask resembles his normal self, but with red eyes instead of blue, and his shell is tinted purple, with a Glohm particle effect surrounding his body.

Glohm Sharpcask's battle is the same as the regular Sharpcask's, except with a few differences: Glohm Sharpcask's attacks are more aggressive than Sharpcask's and may inflict Glohm on either [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]], and [[Ecks]] does not boost Glohm Sharpcask's POW and DEF. Glohm Sharpcask can also create a Glohmy shield that the Bros. must break by using their [[hammer]]s or one of the [[Bros. Attack]]s. In addition, Luigi must avoid [[bomb]]s when using [[Luigi Logic]] to pile up some boxes on Glohm Sharpcask when he retreats into his shell. Likewise, Glohm Sharpcask's level is twenty levels higher than Sharpcask's (19), being level 39; this makes Glohm Sharpcask's battle harder than Sharpcask's. Defeating Glohm Sharpcask rewards the Mario Bros. a Platinum Medallion, which can strengthen the wearer a bit at the cost of rendering them more likely to be targeted.
