The '''Giga-carrot''' (also spelled '''Giga-Carrot'''<ref>{{cite|author=Browne, Catherine|language=en-us|title=''Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story'' PRIMA Official Game Guide|page=51|date=September 14, 2009|publisher=[[Prima Games]]|isbn=978-0-307-46565-8}}</ref> and '''giga-carrot''') is a carrot grown by the [[Wiggler]]s of [[Wiggler Family|Wiggler Family Farm]] in [[Dimble Wood]]. In ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story]]'', [[Bowser]] discovers the carrot when looking for a [[Bomber Bill|Banzai Bill]]. Deciding it can act as a substitute for the Banzai Bill due to its size, he pulls it out with help from [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] in the [[Arm Center]]. When a Wiggler sees this, it says that since Bowser has uprooted and thus killed the result of the family's generations of work caring for it, Bowser now has to eat the carrot, offering a crashed Banzai Bill as an incentive. The carrot must be digested by Mario and Luigi in the [[Gut Check (location)|Gut Check]]. After eating it, Bowser can choose to save or get the Banzai Bill right then. If he chooses to get the Banzai Bill right then, he asks for the Banzai Bill, but the Wiggler forgets it and gets angry at Bowser because he ate the carrot, and he gets into a fight with Bowser. If Bowser fails to eat it the first time, it is replaced with a bunch of smaller carrots. He later blames the Giga-carrot for his putting on a few pounds after the "victory feast" in one of the questionnaires directed to him.

In ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey]]'', the Giga-carrot appears in the ''[[Bowser Jr.'s Journey]]'' mode, where it appears as an ingredient that [[Bowser Jr.]] must collect to make the [[Skeletone Formula:D]]. He takes a bite out of it, obtaining a piece of it. The bite mark is present in the main story mode.
