The '''Giant Depleter''' is an optional boss who appears in ''[[Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope]]'', located in [[Palette Prime]]. It is part of the side quest [[Giant Surprise]]. It is a larger version of a [[Depleter]] that is covered in [[Darkmess]]. To reach to the boss, the heroes need at least 24 [[Spark (Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope)|Sparks]] to unlock the golden pipe that leads to it. The Giant Depleter starts at level 25, but will scale to the player's level if they are higher. In battle, the Giant Depleter fights exactly as a Depleter, however it has much more HP and damage, and its attack deals area damage, meaning that it can hit multiple characters at once. It also is resistant to all Super Effects, and cannot be [[Dash (Mario + Rabbids series)|dashed]].

In [[The Tower of Doooom]] DLC, the Giant Depleter might be the boss on the 10th floor, appearing with various enemies. It must be defeated to win the battle.
