The hidden treasure of this level is located in the water cavern with the Tsuriuo. It lies behind a door in the upper regions of the cave. Wario cannot go there by normal means so he has to grab one of the Tsuriuo's gray coins. The enemy will pull him out of the water and the player can access the treasure minigame.
