Frosted Glacier is one of two worlds that the player can choose from after beating Morton in [[Morton's Compactor Castle]] ([[Morton's Lava-Block Castle]] in ''New Super Luigi U''), with the other being [[Sparkling Waters]]. Because of this, it is possible to play through the game without ever reaching Frosted Glacier.
