Editing Flutter Orb

The '''Flutter Orb''' is an orb in ''[[Mario Party 6]]'' and ''[[Mario Party 7]]''. It is known as the '''Wiggler Capsule''' in ''[[Mario Party 5]]'', where it can be thrown to a space on the board or used on the player for 20 [[coin]]s. Its effect is that of the [[Magic Lamp]], where [[Wiggler]] appears on a flower asking if the player wants him to take them to the [[Star Space]] which has the star. If the player says "Yes" the Wiggler turns into a [[Flutter]], and he flies them to the [[Star Space]]. In ''Mario Party 6'' and ''Mario Party 7'', it becomes an Orb that players can only use on themselves. It costs thirty coins at the [[Orb Shop]]. Again, the effect remains the same.

In ''Mario Party 6'', the Flutter Orb can only be bought on the two boards [[Towering Treetop]] and [[E. Gadd's Garage]]. In ''Mario Party 7'', it can only be bought at the [[Grand Canal]] and [[Bowser's Enchanted Inferno!]] boards.
