Fishin' Lakitus are enemies in ''Super Mario World''. Only one Fishin' Lakitu ever appears, in [[Forest of Illusion 4]], where it dangles a [[1-Up Mushroom]] from a fishing pole. If the player character obtains the 1-Up Mushroom, the Fishin' Lakitu becomes a normal Lakitu and throws [[Spiny|Spinies]] at him. Additionally, Fishin' Lakitus were introduced alongside a ghostly variant, [[Fishing Boo|Fishin' Boos]].
''[[Super Mario World]]'' marks the first appearance of Fishin' Lakitu. Only one appears in this game, in [[Forest of Illusion 4]]. In this game, the Fishin' Lakitu dangles a [[1-Up Mushroom]] from a fishing pole; should Mario grab the mushroom, it becomes a normal Lakitu and throws Spinies at Mario.
