| | Gerahō is a Shy Guy-like enemy wearing orange robe and a Fawful face, found in the events of Mario & Luigi RPG 3. It also has a dark version. It can be defeated by Bowser by punching him in the overworld. |

| Fawful Guys are a variant of Shy Guys that appear in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its remake, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. They wear orange robes and a green Fawful-like mask. While their origin is uncertain in the DS version of the game, according to their profile for Bowser Jr.'s Journey, these enemies willingly defected to Fawful's side. In the 3DS version of Bowser's Inside Story, Fawful Guys wear light orange clothes with blue shoes, while their appearance in the Bowser Jr.'s Journey side mode shows them with dark orange clothes and black shoes similar their design in the original game. | |

| Fawful Guys are found in Bowser Path, where they can be found walking around. Bowser can instantly defeat them in the overworld for coins. They can also appear in battle alongside Magifoofas in Bowser's Castle. They have a stronger variant called the Dark Fawful Guy that appears later in Peach's Castle.

| Fawful Guys have two attacks that reference their regular counterpart's appearances in the Yoshi's Island games. One of these attacks has them eaten by a Yoshi-like tongue that extends from offscreen; this is preceded by a Yoob-like roar in the original game. A targeting cursor then appears and aims for Mario or Luigi. A green Yoshi Egg with orange spots containing the Fawful Guy is fired at the target, which can be countered by jumping over it; jumping on the egg will break it open and damage the Fawful Guy. If the Bros. dodge the attack completely, the Fawful Guys will escape from their eggs offscreen and return to their spot on the field.

| Fawful Guys will also leap towards the brothers à la Woozy Guys and attempt to headbutt them, which must be countered with the hammer. They will occasionally reveal Glide Guy-style umbrellas on their heads, delaying their drops and changing the counterattack's timing.
| |
| | |
| In the remake's Bowser Jr.'s Journey mode, Fawful Guys are Melee-type units. Their Special Skill is Chain Stomp.
