He is a green [[Bob-omb]] with a hat resembling an {{wp|ushanka}}. The Fahr Outpost mayor speaks in a stereotypical Russian accent, similarly to other Bob-ombs from [[Fahr Outpost]]. If [[Mario]] asks the mayor to use [[Big Bob]] without [[Bobbery]] out, he will act as if there is no cannon. Once Mario has Bobbery out, he will tell Mario that he does not have the key or permit to operate the cannon.
