The Fahr Outpost Mayor is the mayor of Fahr Outpost in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. He is a green Bob-omb. In chapter 7, professor Frankly suggests going to Fahr Outpost. If you ask the mayor to use the cannon without Bobbery out, he will act as if there is no cannon. Once you have Bobbery out, he will tell you that he does not have the key or permit to operate the cannon. Once you get both items from Goldbomb and General White, he lets you use the cannon.

The Fahr Outpost mayor is a character in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake. He is a green Bob-omb with a hat resembling an ushanka. The Fahr Outpost mayor speaks in a stereotypical Russian accent, similarly to other Bob-ombs from Fahr Outpost. If Mario asks the mayor to use Big Bob without Bobbery out, he will act as if there is no cannon. Once Mario has Bobbery out, he will tell Mario that he does not have the key or permit to operate the cannon. Once Mario gets both items from Goldbob and General White, he lets Mario use the cannon.

Like most of the other Bob-ombs at Fahr Outpost, he is very secretive and wants non-Bob-ombs to go away. This may be due to the possession of a giant cannon and his fear that someone will use it for evil. Later though, he seems to get friendlier with Mario.

The mayor also appears in volume 34 of Super Mario-kun.
