Trivia
*Enemies that resemble Embers appear in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its Nintendo Switch remake. These are blue-colored Lava Bubbles called Lava Blubbles. It's possible that these enemies are what inspired the Ember's design, given that they too are essentially Lava Bubbles that have been given a blue hue and different stats from their parent species.
**Blue-colored Lava Bubbles also appear in Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario 3D World. These could arguably be classified as Embers or Lava Blubbles, or simply as ordinary Lava Bubbles that have just been recolored blue.
