The Elevator Hall starts out as a room. Two trees are growing in the northeast and southwest corners of the room. There are flower beds in the corners of the room and flower pots hanging from the walls. There is also a couch that contains some money on the east side of the room. Luigi can vacuum the flowers to receive some coins. Hidden in front of the tree in the southwest corner is a soccer ball that Luigi can use to destroy the flower pots to get some money. In the northwest corner of the room, if Luigi uses the Dark-Light Device, he will reveal a tree that has a bunch of Bills in its leaves.

In the southeast corner of the room is the entrance to a hallway that is headed to the right. This hallway is covered in shrubs and flowers, which again Luigi can vacuum up to get money. There are three paintings on the side of the wall and if Luigi uses the Dark-Light Device in the spot right underneath the third painting, he will find the yellow gem. The hallway now heads north. Here there are more flowers and shrubs, hidden in the shrubs are rats and snakes. At the end of this part of the hallway, the hallway turns left. As before, more flowers and shrubs grow here. This part of the hallway leads to a room with the door leading to the Atrium. Here flowers grow on either side of the room and in the southwest corner of the room is a tree. On the tree is a little area where Luigi can use the Suction Shot. If Luigi does so, three golden bats will fly out.
