Wario starts in the center of a big room with four numbered exits, leading to four different parts of the fortress, each with one of the D.D.s. Only two of these doors (Door 1 and 4) can be accessed at one time, a switch behind another door in the room can swap the accessible doors. However, there is a secret passage that allows player to traverse all four rooms, negating the need of triggering the switch. Finding such passage allows the player to reach the secret areas that house a lot of coins located inside Door 2 and 3, the doors that can be reached with the switch being triggered. | Wario starts in the center of a big room with four numbered exits, leading to four different parts of the fortress, each with one of the D.D.s. The hidden treasure of this level is located in the area behind the door with the number four. It is probably one of the most difficult to get. The player has to get to the lower right corner of the room behind door 4. The problem is the large pit filled with spikes. These spikes can only be traversed by luring a Chūta to the place and have Wario bouncing on the Chūta's head repeatedly as it travels across the pit. After obtaining the treasure the player has to do the same to get back, unless they do not mind losing their coins. | The hidden treasure of this level, the {{conjectural|Crystal Ball}}, is located in the area behind the door with the number four.
